Rock Rose Gin Pink Grapefruit Old Tom began with the 2016 Design a Rock Rose Label competition and returned in 2019 as a fresher recipe. Distilled with hand-peeled organic pink grapefruit, vapour-infused botanicals, and lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar, it offers a smooth, zesty twist on the Old Tom style.

Nose: Bright and zesty with fresh grapefruit coming through.
Palate: Fresh and citrusy but very well balanced with the juniper and lovely notes of vanilla appearing.
Finish: Lasting sweetness with a depth of grapefruit tang.
