Are your products authentic?

All products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. If any product we sell is found not is be genuine, we will refund the customer the value of the product multiplied by 3.

How can you guarantee all your products are authentic?

We only sell products that have been imported into China through official and legal channels and we purchase only from the importers directly, or in some cases their exclusive distributors.

Do you have a minimum order?

No; not in terms of a fixed minimum RMB amount per order. 

Do you offer free delivery?

For orders over 500RMB we offer Free Delivery within Shanghai's Middle Ring Road in Puxi and within the Inner Ring Road in Pudong. For orders under 500RMB a flat fee of 20RMB will be charged for deliveries within this area (Shanghai's Middle Ring Road in Puxi / Inner Ring Road in Pudong).
Delivery to areas outside our “Free Delivery Area” in Shanghai will be charged a flat fee of 40RMB. We do however reserve the right to apply a surcharge for large orders and or delivery to remote areas.
Delivery to all other cities in China is charged based on the weight of the items ordered. Please refer to the chart on the Payment & Delivery page for details. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We now accept cash on delivery for orders (excluding full cases of beer/water/soft drink) in all major cities China-wide.
For orders Shanghai-wide including outer districts (i.e. MinHang, QingPu, JiaDing, BaoShan etc.) we accept COD for all orders without exception.
Other payment methods are bank transfer (China bank accounts in RMB only), Alipay and WeChat (in RMB only) and PayPal (we will convert the order total to US dollars).

If I make an order when will it be delivered?

We offer same day delivery on most items for downtown Shanghai delivery. However orders for same day delivery must be made before 5PM. If you require urgent delivery please contact us by telephone. 

For downtown Shanghai areas, customers can select a delivery date and time within our set 2 hour blocks starting at 11AM and finishing at 9PM (during the checkout process you can select your delivery time between 11AM-1PM, 1PM-3PM etc.). If you require delivery outside these times please contact us by telephone. 

For outer Shanghai areas and other cities in China you can specify a preferred date for delivery but this is not guaranteed.

Do you deliver outside Shanghai?

We ship China-wide, but payment methods and shipping time vary per destination. Please see our Payment & Delivery page or contact us for details.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times for deliveries to cities other than Shanghai?

 
We charge a delivery fee based on the weight of the items ordered. Please refer to the chart on the Payment & Delivery page for details. 
Delivery time varies by location, but typically takes between 1-4 days.

Can you offer products not found on your website?

Yes, we stock many more products than just those on our website. If you have any special requests just contact us and ask. 

What should I do if my order is delivered and something is incorrect or missing?

Contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem ASAP.
