Gin XII Café is Distilleries et Domaines de Provence’s coffee-led gin: a handcrafted blend of Provençal botanicals and roasted coffee distillate, rounded with coffee and cocoa infusions and a hint of vanilla-caramel sweetness for a bold yet smooth profile. Delicious served chilled, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Tasting note:
Deep mahogany colour. The nose opens with fresh, powerful juniper, then moves into woody, roasted, spicy coffee with a gourmand cocoa-vanilla note. On the palate: a strong, fresh, spicy juniper attack that evolves into full-bodied coffee, finishing soft, rich and cocoa-led with lingering aromatic persistence.
