Porter’s founders Ben Iravani, Josh Rennie and Alex Lawrence’s goal was to create a premium gin that encompassed their passion for good quality food and drink. Porter’s experimented with different methods and ingredients in order to try and create a new unique flavour. Porter’s soon realised that botanical flavours varied depending on the temperature of distillation. Porter’s is the first gin distiller in Aberdeen, Scotland in over 100 years.
