Ordering Information

Orders can be made either through the online store or over the telephone. Please call 13564190998 (between 11AM-8PM, Monday-Saturday) if you have any enquiries and or would like to make an order.

We will contact you via telephone if any items you ordered online are currently not available. Otherwise please ensure someone is available to take delivery of your order (for downtown Shanghai areas) if you specified a date and time for delivery.

There is no minimum order in terms of a fixed RMB amount. Please see our Payments & Delivery page for details regarding shipping fees.

Returns

We accept returns if there is an error on our part and the wrong item(s) is delivered. If this is the case we will either replace it with the correct item, give the customer a store credit or a refund.

We also accept returns under our “Authenticity Guarantee”, which guarantees the authenticity of each and every product we sell. All our products are imported legally through Chinese customs and are guaranteed to be genuine. If any product we sell is found not to be genuine, we will refund the customer the value of the product multiplied by 3.

Restrictions

We DO NOT under any circumstances supply alcohol to minors. If there is any doubt, photo ID will be required upon delivery.
