The House of Godet, the forefather of cognac, was founded in La Rochelle, in the west of France, in the 16th Century and given the seal of approval by King Henry IV. Five centuries and fifteen generations later, Godet is still very much a family business.

Rivage Gin was born near the city of La Rochelle, on France’s Atlantic coast. Produced in small batches from a grape-based spirit, it is infused with botanicals characteristic of France’s western coastline, including pine buds, rosemary, rock samphire, bud sap and angelica, before being filtered through oyster shells.

Notes of grapefruit and lime give the gin its distinctive bite and a delicate bitterness on the palate.
