Mark, who is a familiar face to Shanghai’s many night-owls, boasts a degree in industrial chemistry and knows more than a thing or two about distilling. With an illustrious history working with start-ups and major brands alike, Mark has a profound understanding of how a great spirit is produced.

Together with Crimson Pangolin’s Co-Founder, David Munoz, they ventured down to the city of Changsha, home of Crimson, to create this special edition.

Introducing Crimson Pangolin Navy Strength, an overproof, juniper forward creation, distilled with Shangdong junipers, lemon peel from Hainan, lime peel, hawthorn drown locally in Chengsha, Sichuan peppercorn and coriander seeds from Hunan.

For the perfect Martini cocktail, garnish with lemon peel and a slice of ginger.
