Chardonnay grapes are harvested in the first week of March, sorted and pressed. Half of the juice is fermented in new oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel tanks. The lees are aged for 6 months, then clarified, filtered and bottled.

COLOUR: Brilliant and clear golden color
NOSE: Aromas of tropical fruits such as ripe pineapple, banana and passion fruit, as well as nuts, caramel notes. PALATE: On the palate, it shows fresh acidity, great volume, and a long mouthfeel. The elegant oak combines perfectly with the fruit and the acidity.
ABV: 14%
