Gin XII is a handcrafted, 100% dry gin from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence (Forcalquier, Haute-Provence), distilled from 12 botanicals and blended from five distillates for depth and finesse. Juniper leads with Provençal herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil and mint, plus coriander, sweet almond, eucalyptus and warm spices.

Tasting note:
Fresh, herbaceous and aromatic: tingly juniper and spice with wild herbal/vegetal notes, a minty–floral lift, and a subtle sweet, nutty edge. Smooth texture with a lingering, gently spicy finish.
