Born out of our love for the flavour profiles of great-tasting French wines (and in particular Blanc De Blanc champagne), our latest expression, Orchard, takes inspiration champagne’s Chardonnay grape and its intense fruitiness. So named because we use cold-distilled green apples and pears with our classic juniper base. We then use a soybean distillate to give the gin its sophisticated butter and biscuit tasting notes.

Enjoy as a classic G&T garnished with a slice of apple, or in a twist on the French 75 cocktail.
