Yaguara Ouro is aged first for one year in Brazilian Cabreúva, and then one year in American Oak, before being blended with a batch of Yaguara that has been aged for one year on Amburana. This mixture of rare Brazilianwoods gives the spirit a slight, grassy woodiness reminiscent of white pepper, bamboo, and chamomile. ABV 42%
