Non-Binary NB12 is distilled in a two stages using cold and hot methods. Before distillation, the raw materials are soaked in grain alcohol at low temperature for 48 hours to obtain a more delicate and rich plant aroma.
The complex layers of NB12 handmade gin are highly coordinated. The fresh and natural lemon fruit aroma comes with the rich spicy aroma of plateau turmeric and other herbs, and the end note is the vibrant tropical fruit aroma.
Non-Binary NB12 is flavoured with 12 uniquely selected botanicals to balance out the mysticism of the number 12 between East and West.
