A vibrant, brilliant ruby-red hue. Dominant aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry & raspberry), complemented by hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon, coffee) and delicate woodland notes. A beautifully rounded palate with flavors of cherry and licorice. Silky tannins lead to a fresh, lingering finish.

Production process

Crafted from three carefully selected 2024 wines, chosen for their freshness and intense aromas. Thanks to our vacuum evaporation process—without pasteurization—we fully preserve the sensory characteristics of our wines, delivering a fresh, deposit-free product with remarkable color stability. With dealcoholization at a maximum of 35°C and a controlled flow rate of 10 hectoliters per hour, we ensure consistent quality, offering an exceptional tasting experience every time.
